Power Saver Mode?

What exactly does this do? I now it saves power, but by turning it on, what do we loose?- civrot

Well, according to the moderators it lowers the frame rate per second by 60 to 30. They are implementing more things in Power Saver Mode but that's the only thing it does for now...My signature? Well, M҉y҉ s҉i҉g҉n҉a҉t҉u҉r҉e҉ i҉s҉ t҉h҉i҉s҉?҉- micsup2000

Frame rate of the scrolling. It is noticeable, and you lose the smooth movement around the map. But, I can see how you might think it's worth the trade.
