Can only schedule 2 orders not 4??

I can only schedule 2 orders, however, some of my friends can shedule 4... We all have non member accounts. Anyone know why? Thanks- daniel-111

They must have the old build of the game. Before the update l1's could schedule four commands into the future, but since the update, l1's only have two commands, but you can watch an ad to get unlimited commands.My faith has found a resting place,
