Multi-Boxing & Multi-Game alliances now allowable?

It appears the rule book has been updated and these 2 rules have been omitted. Are these now allowable? Is this good for the game? I mean I know they are difficult to police, but just giving up and allowing it?

The devs have been taking out stuff all over, at first there were also links to the specialis descriptios and the email button. Maybe it was removed because it's hard to enforce and it's not completely black and white. (There have been discussions about wether it's OK to play with a few friends in order to get them enthousiastic, and without anonimity you'll always have an opinion on players you've met before.)
As there are topics about this I'd rather not get into the details now, but the fact of the matter is that I don't think they explained why these were removed from the rulebook.
