I just saw someone joining one of my games and they had L0 security clearance.
What does that do?

L0 is when you haven't really done much and haven't played the puzzles. L1 is given once you beat 11 puzzles. I also think that L1 is supposed to be when you can start playing online, but not quite sure. L2 is paid and gives you a whole bunch of new cool stuff.

Correct, L0 is given when you join the game, L1 is given when you beat enough puzzles to play online. L0 players shouldn't have access to play online games because they haven't done the tutorial/puzzles yet. This is a bug and should probably get forwarded to the devs.

I've also seen L0 players in games before. Can L0's be invited to a game?
