I think you mean drillers.
The wheel seems pretty easy to use for me, and it never takes me more than 30 seconds to get the correct amount of drillers on a sub. Perhaps you want to clarify your question, because I never had this issue.

(Maybe you should e-mail the devs from within the app. They respond better to email. On the main menu screen there's an "Email us" button. It will include the game you're in. Alternatively you could email them a link to this topic. You're gonna waste your thumb on this game!)

Yeah, definitely upload if this is real. It might speed up a change in the engineer to max repair at 100%
