Dead man stalking!

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, as I've only just started playing this game, but I noticed in the game I'm in that one of the "resigned" players keeps popping up every now and then even though they resigned 5 or 6 days ago. I wonder if the developers could close this little "loophole" to stop multiboxers from setting up sentries like this.

Just because they're logged on doesn't mean they can execute orders. It just means the subterfuge app is opened for them, they can't actually do anything.

I know they can't give orders etc, but I assume they can still see within their radar range? That would allow a multiboxer to see more of the map, and other players movements, than they should. And that would be an unfair advantage.

Yes, they can be eyes and ears for someone still actively playing.

Sometimes I feel chat should be disabled the moment you're eliminated. But there have been so many more nice conversations after a fight is over, that disabling chat doesn't seem worth it (at least to me). Most people leave once a game is over for them.

Good point about being able to keep chatting after elimination. I think they should be blind though.

That sounds like a good solution!

I agree with disabling the sonar once eliminated. May reduce the number of early resigns in matches.

We had 3 auto resigned early in the game, and one that resigned who was actually doing ok, and is now watching  I guess they know they aren't likely to be attacked because (if they were blind) they act like a "no mans land" that people tend to avoid wasting drillers on.

I'm really not sure what the problem here is. I believe sonar was left active for a reason. It allows you to still be part of the game if you're eliminated. You can give information to an ally and influence the course of the game to get revenge. I also don't understand how this is related to multi boxers. It makes much more sense to control both accounts completely.

Yeah, but its not exactly fair that you can spend resources taking someone out only for another oponent to be given a big intel advantage. I guess its fair enough that the eliminated player can tell an ally what was on the radar before they got eliminated, but be8ng able to give someone an unfair intel advantage on an oponent for the remainder of the game because they have a case of sour grapes isn't really fair play.
