So, the game I had been playing was very intense, and it finally came to an end. With an interesting ending. I watched it very closely, the time machine said that Niverio will win in 0.0 hours, and ten minutes later Niverio wins, and then ten minutes later it said ErnestoArroyo wins. And when the game actually ended, I am left facing this screen in the intelligence report:



How did this happen?

Did each of you hit 200 neptunium within 10 minutes, because the game does everything in 10 minutes blocks? Perhaps you hit 200 first, but it didn't update until Ernesto had also hit 200? I'm assuming he had more bases so he would have won in a tie.

I guess that as well, but if that's the case, then it should have a clarification, I guess.
