how long does it generally take for the admins to deal with reports

Depending on how severe the situation is, it will normally take less than a day. However, I'm not sure how active the admins have been, so it may take a bit longer...

what about with smurf accounts

That's one of the only things you report, really. Of course, if someone is being a jerk when talking to could report, but in my 100 games of experience I've never had that happen to me. With multiboxing, report it and they'll look into it.

What do you say when reporting multi boxing? Do they need pictures or just the game title so they can look through the game and see possible multi boxing?
