Driller calculations with a King

I haven't been able to find out if any rounding takes place during the calculation of drillers destroyed by a king. I assume that its the integer value of sub's driller number/3 (i.e. rounded down), and that no rounding up would take place.
Can anyone confirm this? - important battles hinging on this calculation!
