Rules say you mine 1 kg of Neptunium per day per outpost. Does this happen all at once at a specific time each day or incrementally through out the day? If it happens all at once then gaining or losing mines or outposts right before the process time would make a huge difference and have an immense impact on timing/strategy.

It is throughout the day. So if you had 12 np/day, you would get 1 every 2 hours. 24 np/day would be 1 every hour, etc.

Out of curiosity, do you ask because you've played Neptunes Pride?

No. I don't know Neptune's Pride, but I will check it out.

It's online, not in App Store. You'd need a computer to play it well. Although, I have an iPad and was able to play a couple games on it
