I'm kind of in a hard spot here. Green is pressuring me from 2 sides and I dont know to which side I should counter attack. I do know if I should go for greens engineer or try and retake my outpost by purple. I have a sentry going to purple that I will promote to war hero if I need to.

Do you have any allies that could help you out? Or any enemies you could maybe try to work with instead of against? There's a lot of variables, and you're I do you've given is hard to follow. If you can explain a bit more, we may be able to help (and we certainly want to )

Well there are only 3 players left, me, green and brown. Brown is at my boarder but is passive and not attacking me yet. I have a screen shot but can seem to be able to upload it. Here is an imgur link http://i.imgur.com/4uQqZ1d.jpg

Alright. Olive has a king, it'll be difficult to face that. Try to talk to brown, see if you two can turn against him. Don't waste your time with purples outposts, it'll just eat up your drillers. Instead, see if you can catch a couple of olives outposts that don't have shields or drillers, maybe try to cut off his drill cap.

Brown just wants to defend, he gave me back one of my outposts. Green has 2 kings, none of his outposts have shields. Green is almost maxed at energy output. I don't want to waste drillers attacking when he will most likely attack my outposts.

The thing with Kings is that they're really effective against your drillers. However, they're not so great against shields. If he's trying to take a 20-shield outpost, he still has to waste 20 drillers to punch through. With that in mind, I'd suggest you find a way to get your drillers around his attack force and try to hit his shield-less outposts. For specialists, I'd recommend the Security Chief since he improves shields.

If the one enemy is capped and thr other has kings i will siggest you to build some defense on the kings side (your shields will not be affected by king), leave tiny but enough defense on the capped side and mine

I want to take this thread while it's up and post my own tough time.

So at the start of the game I was in a full alliance with purple and non-aggression pact with everyone else near me, I was going for the passive playthrough. At some point teal and olive teamed up to wreck purple, I was gifting purple stuff to keep him going, and I gave teal a 24 hour notice to stop attacking purple else I would declare war. Teal talks to purple at some point in that 24 hours, and purple blames me for his early failure - and immediately sends all his drillers to attack me, and gifts teal his king. How can one defuse paranoia in that kind of situation?

After that, teal proceeds to completely wreck me in a 4v1 of his orchestration, including a funding agreement with another player who turned out to be plotting an attack on me instead of helping me defend. I am down to three outposts, but am scheduled to retake two of them. The attack sub I've sent to retake these generators is far from my main base, and two subs of 100 are converging on my queen. I am currently at driller cap, with a little over half my drillers ready to defend. I have a king, hypnotist, and smuggler. Would it be better in this instance to promote a tycoon or a second king?

Could maybe be a real life alliance be careful.
I in person would go for tycoon asap.
