If I get multiple of the same specialist, will their power multiply? Cuz if i get like 3 theifs on the same boat, then they should be able to take out 90% of the drillers out, giving me a huge advantage.

Well 45% but yes so specialists do stack. Check niverio's FAQ

Although it is 45%, those 45% then destroy 45% of the original value, thereby making the total destruction of the enemy's drillers before driller combat happens at 90%. So in a way, both of you are right.

Example (cause I'm better with numbers than words):
You have 30 drills and 3 thieves, attacking enemy outpost with 100 drills and 10 shield. The thieves steal 45, which kill 45, dropping the enemy drill count by 90 (or 90% of original). You then win by 10 drillers.

Close. Each thief goes in order, though, not simultaneously.

So the first thief would steal 15.
The second thief would steal 13 (.15x85 remaining, rounded up)
The third thief would steal 11 (.15x72 remaining, rounded up).
Total stolen = 39.

So, without kings or generals interfering, the 30 driller sub + 3 thieves against a 100 driller sub:
69 drillers v. 61 drillers +10 shield = outpost defended successfully, with 2 drillers left.

That's how I have seen it work in my previous games with multiple thieves.

I am fairly certain that TW broke this down in a post somewhere, too.

Ok. It was an older message so it may be outdated

It is also possible that it has changed, one way or back again.

If I get a double thief in a game soon, I will test it out and come back to verify.
