Right first of all I've checked the FQA and there's nothing that answered my case.

I was in 2 vs 1 and I manage to beat one of the guy by surprise attack and there's very less chance he could escape so he resign before beaten. Right now my sub are on its way to his main outpost where his queen is. I checked the time line I fast forward it when my sub reached the outpost instead of captured all his specialist plus his queen it automatically release and send his specialist to his next nearest outpost. why is that?

is the time line show the alternative if I were to release captured specialist?

it means the guy has a Diplomat hanging around, forcing you to release all captured people immediately.

You fix this by capturing the Diplomat himself (take his outpost, then take the outpost he heads toward before he actually gets there) or sending a speed specialist like the helmsman or lieutenant to recapture the guys, then have a Hypnotist waiting.

AHH!!!! Thanks alot man I totally forgot and over looked that he have Diplomat about 2 outpost away but its in range.
