If you take an outpost with a sub that has a hypno on it, diplomat kicks in first.
Literally any other situation, hypno first.There is no avoiding war; it can only be postponed to the advantage of others.

In my 2v2 game there is a uncaptured thief heading to a base with an assassin and hypno. It her released by a nearby hypno.Simply put, my job here is to keep the forums afloat through any means necessary-
