Hello fellow players,

I launch a sub with drillers and specs at an enemy's Queen outpost. He has a spec draft available. What if he recruits+finalizes a specialist during the 10 minutes of the fight ? Can that specialist affect the outcome of the fight ?
(basically, is a fight resolved at the beginning or end of the 10 minutes, with all active forces involved)

It will take effect if your sub as not yet reached the outpost. If it says "combat in progress" when you click on the sub it won't take effect.
