in game msging fail

Hi anyone experiencing failure in msging in game?I open chat window but the keybord doesn't show up.Sometimes it shows up but after few words it close back again and unable to open.Annoying

Just exit the app, double tap the home button to close it. That fixed it when it happens to me.

doesn't help.Now the game started to crash.I had to retry to open the game around 60 times to at least hire.Moving the fleets is not possible it takes too long and the game crashes in few seconds.I am logged in in two ten player dominations.I think my phone cannot keep up with game as I use huawei for 10gbp.Can this be a case or is anyone else experiencing this on high end two thousand gbp phones ?
