One hour in subterfuge, how long does it make in real life?
The time that is indicated in the game what local time is it?

It's real time bud. Day 3 hour 8 means that three days and eight hours have elapsed in real life since the game began.

All of my friends wrote:WHAT?! The game ends in 7 days? How can that be possible? It must be sped up, right?

And then i proceed to tell them, no, its in real time. Then i get this funny look, as if im insane.

So yes, all in real time.
