hello Guys,
does it change your mining rate if you drill more mine or does it only depend on your number of outpost?

It changes on both. You get +1 np per day from each outpost, from each mine. So if you have 10 outposts and 1 mine, you get +10np per day. 10 outposts and 2 mines is +20 per day. 20 outposts and 3 mines is +60 per day.
