I am very interested in becoming an admin or moderator as I have been playing the game for a while. How would one be able to do so?

I really do appreciate your enthusiasm with helping the community. However, the short answer is no.
Ron and Noel are the sole admins, creators of the game, so if anyone was to become an Admin it would be a current mod promoted.
As for Mod, we don't actually need any more. The traffic is so low on this site that i can handle it by myself.

Playing the game and posting in the forums is the best way you can help the Subterfuge community. Just be a part of it.
