Elder VS double agent

If I send a sub with a reverb elder and 200 drilllers at an enemy outpost. If he send his double agent against me, who will win and why?

What will happen

You will win because eldern ignores allmost all specelist, only global effects will apply
But if he use a double agent eldern combo then it will switch sides
