I have a bunch of specialistss on the "launch countdown"? If i lose it i lose the specialists too?

not sure your question but if you die all future orders are cancelled. if you are being attacked, all outpost which has scheduled orders for the same 10 minute window in which you are being attacked are cancelled.

I think the question is "If I have an outpost in combat ind being attacked and then I retreat my foreman, when I lose the outpost do I lose the foreman as well?" I dont know but I think that you lose the specs.
