Sub hopping is launching at the last 3 tics which sometimes makes your sub hop over an incoming sub.

Nap is primarily it. Nap 24 hours for a 24 hour warning before launching an aggressive attack.

Preteaming is going into the game knowing you will already ally with someone.

You can play with your friends just going into the game with explicit intention to help each other is against the rules. To make it fair you can sometimes be against your friend and sometimes be with him depending on the situation or make like 2v2v2v2 games in the description and etc or ignore the rules and get a bit of advantage over others.
