Medals and past games disappeared

I have played the game in 2016 and now I started again. I just found out that all my past games and medals are gone and don't show up on my profile. Why is that? And is there a way to get them back?

The app sometimes takes a long time to load, especially if you have a lot of games/medals. Try waiting for a little bit, then reloading the page and see if that works.
