As subject says, is it possible to be funded by two or more different players simultaneously ?

Yes.
Anybody who is eligible to fund you may. You'll be able to see the color of the dots of those funding you, other players will not.

Ah, so this is what that black dot in one of the other players fund box means? I know he gets funds from a player, but I don't from which one? (In my case I actually know who funds him because there is only one player besides me with enough neptunium.)
