Kaichan has a martyr. If anything contacts a martyr - sub or outpost - everything in the red ring (martyr's radius) will die.
Thus, the 3 blue drillers, effectively killed that giant batch of specialist, drillers, outpost, and queen!
Make sure you read all the specialist descriptions. The martyrs is a dangerous specialist.

1) Attacking the 3 drillers with 4 or more of your own
2) Sending the martyr away
Martyr will kill all drillers and specs, even your own, so be careful!
