L0 Clearance?

I noticed that one of the players in a game I just joined has "L0 Clearance"
What does that mean? I've never seen that before.

L0 is what you have before you solve a certain amount of tactical puzzles and get L1.
But I believe that L1 is supposed to be required in order to play online games, so you shouldn't see L0 in online games.
I think the devs would like an e-mail about this from within the game.

I have noticed this a few times myself.
Not actually played in a game with level 0, just noticed it on a few occasions when looking for a game.

I'm in game with roadkiehl and was wondering that too. Someone named zbl03 has level 0 clearance and is playing in our ranked game lol.
