Elimination/Resurrection?

1. Player 1 captures Player 2's Queen. Player 2 is eliminated.
2. Player 2's remaining subs and drillers in transit capture back the outpost where his Queen was captured.
With his Queen being "liberated"? Is Player 2 back in the game or is he still eliminated?

Also?
If I eliminate someone? AND I "Release" their captured Queen? Will this bring them back into the game?

Unfortunately as of now, once a Queen is captured, no matter what, the person who lost the Queen cannot be "revived."

Actually, there seems to be one situation where your queen gets captured but instantly gets freed and the player is still in the game.
