Alternate victory conditions

Someone posted a blurb on the subreddit asking about a tied game that was lost. I could have swore I saw something posted in the rules as to secondary conditions in the event of a tie, but now that the info is needed I'm drawing a blank.. =/-

It probably wasn't actually a tie, even if two people had "200" neptunium. It was probably so close that the game didn't show the difference in time, but I've always been under the impression that the game keeps track of time more accurately than it displays."Can I make a suggestion that doesn't involve violence, or is this the wrong crowd for that?" -Hoban 'Wash' Washburn, Serenity-
