Does anyone here think that double agent is so over-powered?
He has so many powerful abilities. He can destroy all the drillers in a big sub and he can also trade himself to get another player's all specialists.
I think he should be nerfed a bit.

Nope, he's fine as is. In fact I almost never hire him, so definitely not op.

I almost never choose him. The thing that makes him so bad is that he can only be used once.

I think the Double Agent is pretty good, but only in a very specific situation.

If you need something defensively, to give your opponent a disincentive to attacking with either a big driller sub or 3 strong specialists, the Double Agent could be your guy.

Otherwise, he's pretty weak.

The real question here is why did you put this in the Tactical Puzzles section?

lol V3xt- Because using the Double agent IS a tactical puzzle.

IN RELATION TO OTHER SPECIALISTS
I think is arguably one of the most powerful specialists effects in the game- Destroy's all drillers- only other specialist that can do that a martyr- and converts specialists- only a hypno can do that and they need to be captured.

However, he's rarely picked because like the infiltrator he is only useful in certain situations- Against huge forces with specialists coming your way or as a defensive obstacle for your opponents to traverse.

Every other specialist can be used in an aggressive or defensive way- A thief can be used to suicide and reduce the number of subs on that oncoming and a inspector or sentry can come along for the ride in an offense to make retaliation a hell for your opponent.
