I have ran through every single possibility I can think of, and I still can't beat it, please help. Maybe tell me which specialist I should hire or promote the first hire I get.

Let's just say there are more than 1 specialists that are key. Specifically, there is a . . . synergy between two specialists that will help you win the scenario.

I tried promoting Lieutenant and Inspector to beat the elderly sub , but it still doesn't work , 11 subs remaining.
I know how to beat the 2nd sub , I just can't beat the elderly sub.

Why are you promoting your Inspector? The Security Chief will increase the
maximum shield charge, but it will still only fill up slowly. The Inspector will completely fill the 30 shields the moment it arrives at Kyburz., helping you defend the outpost.

I can confirm that it is impossible if you are on iOS with 55 drillers. Gotta wait for the update I guess!

So its bugged on the ios , okey no problem but even if its bugged how do u defeat the elder i dont know what im missing i cant see any specialist with global ability

I don't know what to tell you. You're either overlooking it, or you don't understand what a global ability is. Read their descriptions again, carefully. Global means that the specialist does not have to be present in combat for their abilities to have an effect on combat.

No i know whats the global ability is but dont help me defeating the elder, Security chief is the only in game with global? Or i cant see another one
