Diplomacy 2 - Funding

I think that I should open the Technical Report and go in funding. But that option is not available for me to click. Am I doing this wrong? Loving the game

I have the same problem. I can't select the Funding Column.

Yeah, that's not really a tab that switches like you can switch between like Drillers and Outposts. Funding is just a column.

You can see that, since you have 20 Npt more than your opponent and ally, there's a grey box for them under the funding column. (If the Npt difference is smaller than 20, you won't be able to fund them.)

Just tap that box and a popup will show, asking you for confirmation to start funding.

Thanks. Wouldn't have figured it out in a million years. Related question to funding: When you fund someone it doesn't use any of your resources ?

Nope - it's free for the fundee and funder. Just need to have >20 over your ally to fund them.
