Hi. I'm a learner. I cannot put anything in my subs so I'm stuck on this puzzle

Hi rorter and welcome to the forums. I'm glad you took the time to post to the forums, instead of abandoning the game when you're having trouble this early on.

If you select an outpost, and then drag to Vaccarino, a line should apear between the two outposts. Also, a blinking sub will appear at your outpost of departure.

The top of the screen will show a popup with a rotating wheel. If you drag the wheel to the right, you can add drillers to the sub.
