I cannot support anyone who wants to put up Christmas trees this early. I do not like Christmas until about the 9th of December. Anything before that, I hate it.

At least in America, Christmas is just a cesspool of consumerism; Giving gifts is dandy- being pressured to give gifts by every source of media for 2 months is exhausting.
I understand that its only natural for businesses to capitalize on tradition (hell some flower companies owe their lively hood to a couple holidays) but shoving commercials and jingles down my throat for one sixth of the year eats at my soul.

Welcome to America where anything can be used to sell stuff. I just wrote a paper for school about how businesses have figured out how to use the basic human emotion, fear, in order to sell movies and other stuff.
Is Christmas this consumeristic in Canada too, Math?Zyxe? Now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time.-
