  • Alright different type of cipher.

    Code:
    Code: Select all
    00000010 00001010 00000000 00000111 00000100 01001110 00110100 00100110 00111110

    Key:
    RoadandJD

    Hint: Use a XOR operation

Hmmm... Is this a reference to a certain game of ours?

  • Here is how to do it:
First thing I realised is that the hint wasn't coloured properly :P And I accidentally read it before I could stop myself.
So it said, use an XOR operation. And I checked the binary to see where I could use a XOR operation. If you put the binary in an ASCII converter, it simply output some random meaningless stuff, so that couldn't be the solution. And since the Key and the binary would have outputted 9 characters, I got the feeling that the XOR operation would be done with the binary of RoadandJD. So I converted 'RoadandJD' to binary, used the XOR operation, and put the resulting binary code into the ASCII converter back into letters, and sure enough, the answer was Peace Plz :P

    Sometimes I get lucky :P
I also do some basic competitive programming in C++ so I know about codes, cryptography, binary, operations, ASCII, etc. so I was quite....prepared for this I think...
