In fact I doubt anyone would be able to solve it without this clue:
It uses a key (a deducible text or characters for which each number corresponds to)
Edit: Here's another clue:
http
Foe Tomatoes?
Oh gosh I never knew the web string CHANGED!!!
It was supposed to say 'domination', and I swear there was a d in the 49th letter or something
Oh well I guess that's pretty screwed up lol

Make this black as this told me how it was supposed to be solved :p
I bet the reason that it changed is because your comment ended up at the top of a different page after you posted it. thus is created a new link for the new page and switched all your letters around. (But how did he get "Foe tomatoes" that's too many letters for your code so something is wrong there)

Another code: 13, 0, 1, 19, -11, 34, -26, 35, -9
Here's a hint: you don't need to be a math, whiz, but some math will help
I have another one in mind but don't have the time right now. I'll send it out soon...

Tricky tricky!
The answer to #4 is: I play chess.
Setting a on f7 and z on e4 each square is a letter of the alphabet and the chess coordinates spell out the code

The world runs on cryptography, but it takes a lot of work to try different methods and find the right combo:
Is there a program that runs the string through different ciphers
and methods(key cipher, Number cipher, Enigma, Languages)? If not, there definitely should be one.
There are sites for ciphers though:
