Pro-rated game ideas and test match

  • I'll be starting a high rated game with some rules i have been thinking would be great for a "pro-rated" game mode. 1. No mining until day six. 2. Each person can only mine once every two days. 3. No promoting a specialist until after the 6th hire. 4. No double, triple, or quad kings allowed.

    The game will be called "Pro-rated" and let me know if you have any suggestions for rules. My ideas for an actual game mode would be: no promotions until after the 4th promo, every person gets the same three spec hire options each draw, and promoting costs two hires. Sub-on!

  • Your second paragraph would suggest rewriting the code, which is not gonna happen. Devs aren't answering on the forums, highly doubt they'll look into making future updates.

    However, if you wanted to implement different game ideas using the game we already have, you could. We have an Experimental Game Series that has rule changes and such to give a new way of playing. (http://forums.subterfuge-game.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1810) If you wanted to give your ideas, or join that game when Panda sets it up, you are certainly welcome!
