  • Thread for making parody songs with Subterfuge themes. My submissions is for ESG06 game:
When Nojo comes sailing home again,
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
We'll give him a hearty welcome then
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
The navs will cheer and the pirates will shout
The generals they will all turn out
And we will all win when Nojo comes sailing home.

The old elder will laugh with joy
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
To welcome home our warring boy,
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
The ocean inspectors and foremen say
With drillers they will strew the way,
And we will all win when Nojo comes sailinghome.

    Get ready for the Jubilee,
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
We'll give the warhero three times three,
    Hurrah! Hurrah!
The Hypno's crown is ready now
To place upon his loyal brow
And we all will win when Nojo comes sailing home.

Let love and friendship on that day,
    Hurrah, hurrah!
    Their choicest pleasures then display,
    Hurrah, hurrah!
And let each one perform some part,
To fill with joy the warrior's heart,
And we all will win when Nojo comes sailing home

  • "Sub World" - parody of Gary Jules "Mad World"

All around me are familiar users
Worn out outposts, worn out drillers
Bright and early for their daily races
    Going nowhere, going nowhere

Their fights are filling up their logs
    No expression, mad expression
Hide my Queen, I wanna drown my enemies
    No tomorrow, no tomorrow

And I find it kinda funny
    I find it kinda sad
The dreams in which I'm losing
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
    When pirates run in circles
It's a very, very sub world, submarine world

Kingmakers waiting for the day they feel good
    Happy Kingstack, Happy Kingstack
And I feel the way that every King should
Sit and attack, sit and attack

Went to Chongos and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello Infiltrator tell me what's my lesson
Break right through shields, break right through shields

And I find it kinda funny
    I find it kinda sad
The dreams in which I'm losing
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
    When pirates run in circles
It's a very, very sub world, submarine world

    Enlarging your borders
    Sub world

That is the only parody of mad world that can be allowed in this world.

This is so true. I mostly have dreams of losing in subterfuge nowadays. I don't dream about much else. It keeps me on my toes though, so it technically helps me be competitive.
My faith has found a resting place,
    Not in device or creed;
    I trust the ever-living One,
His wounds for me shall plead.
    I need no other argument,
    I need no other plea,
It is enough that Jesus died,
And that He died for me.

  • Correct nojo. It's almost more of paranoia. I know I didn't make a mistake, but I question everything I did the previous night. So much can change overnight, even though it's unlikely. So paranoia sets in in the morning after I've spent the night dreaming of being eliminated

So you dream there was a glitch and a martyr came running at your queen at 150x?
