So in a recent game, I had this set of hires. Looks normal, right? Until you realize... I have back-to-back martyrs. I don't remember ever seeing a back-to-back spec hire like this before (I mean, I may have had one and not noticed it). I just thought it was really weird. In a different game recently, I had lieutenants hires 1, 3, and 5, making a very nice early general army. My hires have been interesting as of late.

I had thought back-to-back hires were impossible until Zyxe got back-to-back lieutenants a few games ago (or like 50 games in your case) I had heard that was made impossible, but I suppose the odds are just less likely not impossible.

Yeah, I did get back to back lieutenant hires. I'll post a screenshot of it whenever I get back to my house.

Here it is! I found it odd because I thought it was impossible to have back-to-back hires, but apparently not. The really surprising thing is that between the thousands of games Mathwhiz has played in he has only just now had this happened while I had this happen with my <30 games.



Oh yeah, in case you are curious I did hire both of them.

It might've happened before, and I just missed it. But I happened to notice this one

Perhaps it's a glitch in the new update?
