I'm not too worried about balance. I feel its more diplomacy alliance or just general players behavior in being okay with the status quo and my tendency to against it that I lose. I lost sleep. People seem to be overly active when they wake up but my hours are a little later so my phone just starts vibrating at 7 am. I haven't played much recently either. Mostly because Janitorial hasn't been playing that much and so I can't learn about all the food he's making.
