Welcome! feel free to browse a little bit to savor the local culture. I highly suggest looking though subterfuge memes, get involved in the tournament section, or start some opinion pole in general!

Subterfuging since: Today. Cracked me up. Welcome, uh, your names long and if you want to be a forumer you need a nickname. Aspid? Idk. I can't wait to play a game with you!
Ps: Do you have interest in substituting in for a 2v2 tournament?

2v2 is full of strong players, i think that's a bit too hard of a start for him

  • Yes, you (and everyone else) can call me Aspid for short. Look up my name on the web if you're curious. Thanks for offering, but I think that I need some experience before I participate in tournaments with experienced players. Give me a few weeks to build my confidence ;)

Hello aspid! Welcome to the forums. You seem to be a very large turtle? That's cool, cooler than my nerd name
If you ever wanted to get a forumer or two to join a game with you, help you learn a bit, we'd be happy to do that! (Partly to help you, also cause some of us play a bit too much  )

    Welcome Aspid!

Honestly, the 2v2 tournament would be a very good place to get some experience; you'll be playing with a very friendly and highly knowledgeable group, all of whom would be willing to help you, answer questions, talk about strategy and tactics, etc. In addition, these games will only focus on mechanics - you won't have to worry at all about the hardest part of the game, diplomacy. :D

Okay, that acceptable. Though i do recommend you join a certain super hero themed game (currently in the development phase)

We do play too much..... I'd be more than welcomed to help you out. If you haven't already, i recommend trying out the puzzles. They don't simulate a real game, but they give you a feel for the mechanics of the game.
