You're talking about colour cones, and how your eyes perceive colours. I'm talking about the elementary school colour wheel and the primary vs secondary colours. Red yellow and blue, orange green and purple. And anyway, this video says I'm right, so I must be right

no, he was talking about the three primary colors of light, red, green, blue (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RGB_color_model) , as seen in computer monitors. R+G+B make white light.
Your Red Blue Yellow https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RYB_color_model is used in pigment combination, with the secondary colors of magenta, cyan, green, with all combining to form black.
