  • Anyone have a gem of a song that seems to go completely unnoticed by everyone? I'd love some good music to be introduced to.
Please no obvious ones (like Led Zeppelin's Stairway, or anything that would be commonly known)

I like Classic Rock and metal so one song I know of that isn't very popular is "Joker and the Thief" by Wolfmother
Not sure if anyone is familiar with the Arctic Monkeys (they're pretty good)
For anyone that likes Latin music (I'm part Argentinian), there's two songs by (or featuring) Elvis Crespo that are awesome: "Suavemente" and "Bailar". The first is nice and smooth, the second is fun and energetic.

    Thanks everyone

  • R U Mine and No. 1 Party Anthem, both by AM. I like AM.

But, moving on, I'd suggest some fall out boy. Nojo will back me up here. Where Did the Party Go, Fourth of July, The (After) Life of the Party are the best.

Oh and Bastilles new album Wild World. All the songs on it are great

  • Wolfmother is cool. That first album was highly enjoyable.

The last Queens of the Stone Age album had several outstanding songs.

My God is the Sun - https://youtu.be/iFca32_7YUU
    I Sat By the Ocean - https://youtu.be/rpj1OXT6o2E

And my personal favourite, the titular song of the album, ...Like Clockwork - https://youtu.be/RilMu_tfGws

One of the best yet unrecognized albums of the last ten years in my humble opinion.

  • Favorite songs:
stereo hearts by gym class heroes
    Baby by justin beiber
faded by i dont know who
    Last summer by sean mendes
all of these are pretty popular but many stereo hearts is forgotten since its old, and baby is ignored by many ppl who never bothered listening to it bc.
    My new party trick:
I swallow 2 pieces of string and an hour later they come out of my ass tied together.

  • Dream Theater is as a band a gem, but if you really want a specific example, I suggest
    1) The Best of Times
    2) Repentance
    3) John Petrucci's (the lead guitarist) solo album: Suspended Animation.
