@meance I definitely had to change my style whenever I started playing with forumers because I used to be a horrible liar, so it didn't always work, but that kind of fails you in forum games so I like to play it pretty honestly if not aggressively. So my style could definitely change with the new format.
@radio it works fine on mobile for me, idk what the issue is, you could take mathwhiz's suggest and try a different device

I do think that the higher you go, the more aggressive players tend to get ganged up on early. That doesn't mean they don't exist, and it doesn't necessarily mean they aren't successful.
That said, it does matter how high you go. As the player pool thins out, you will see more of the same players more often. One backstab earlier (going for the win?), one shady move from another game, those could cost you - or force you to alter your style against

As menace mentioned reputation and make players not get annoyed of you is indeed important . but I gotta say , you dont have to change your playstyle . Im improving mine but never really changed its core code . Attack till you die . Being changable is really good too , but more like a choice . Not recommendation:P

Yes. I am not saying he should. I am simply curious if, as one of the most famous "sharks" on the forums makes the transition to ranked game, his style will alter a bit.

He's got a long way to go to catch you at 1710, Rooz.

I don't really expect to get to rooz' level at all really. I can starategize well enough and enjoy doing it, but it's nothing exceptional and I am prone to making a few mistakes.
