Didn't I mean to say that a question shouldn't start with a personal verb (i.e. I was, I will, I can)?
Isn't the proper structure of a question with a "question word" (such as what, who, where, why, how, does, is, if, can...)?

Just put a qualifier on the end of any declarative sentence, and it becomes a question, right?
