[Game] Questions Only

Wow, this was a lot faster than I thought.

I realized that on a show I love, "Whose Line is it Anyways", they have a game called "questions only". People can only speak in questions.
My challenge to you guys: you can only respond to the above question with another question. Try and make this fun and lighthearted
If the thread starts running daed (if someone posts a lame response and no one knows how to respond to it), I can post another question as if to restart the thread.

The question to start off with:

If it's "tourist season", why can't we shoot them?

Is that a question or a statement with a question mark?
Does anyone besides me think it will work?

It wasn't just a statement, I was asking if you thought it would be good?
And yes, does anyone else see it skyrocketing?

Just because you put a question mark at the end of a sentence doesn't make it a question?

See?

grammar.about.com wrote:A declarative question is a yes-no question that has the form of a declarative sentence but is spoken with rising intonation at the end.

Declarative sentences are commonly used in informal speech to express surprise or ask for verification. The most likely response to a declarative question is agreement or confirmation.

Examples and Observations

"You think I'm kidding you? You think it's a joke to have to walk home on a clear night with an umbrella? You think that because I'm quirky I don't hurt? You've got it backwards. I'm quirky because I hurt."
(Jack Weston as Danny in The Four Seasons, 1981)

Henry Rowengartner: Wow, you ate that whole thing?
Frick: Why, sure! It wasn't that much.
(Rookie of the Year, 1993)

"'This isn't working out,' Jin-ho said. 'We're going to have to let you go.'
"'You're firing me?' she said.
"'Yes. Ann will call you Monday re the paperwork.'
"'You're firing me at a bar? Outside the bathroom in a bar?'
“'I'm sorry if it doesn't suit your high standards.'"
(Stephanie Clifford, Everybody Rise. St. Martin's Press, 2015)

Vivian: I was supposed to ride that barrel right out of this crummy town.
Jaye: And you never considered a bus?
("Barrel Bear," Wonderfalls, 2004)

Not to be confused with a rhetorical question.
