This guy on my border has 30 shit medals but no games played. Should u trust him?

Yes but there is also an experienced player with exactly 30 patron medals in that very game. He could be using patron medals as a strat to get people to attack a certain target.but if that worked, this game would be pay2win in a way.

The real question is why doesn't this guy play in anonymous mode?

This is his first game. He never played before.

In a previous casual game I was in, a player randomly sent about 20 of those medals to my ally, having never spoken to him. He assumed he was going to be attacked and decided to channel his anger in medal form. After they sorted it out he then awarded him 20 trustworthy medals. An interesting and expensive strategy.

In answer to your question, I'd be wary of him as he's either brand new or an alt account, but I wouldn't trust who sent him those medals.

He doesn't spend any money for medals obviously, he uses an app like Lucky Patcher.
