  • What is Sheep's threat to vote ratio on the reputation tracker, and if sheep threatens me with a vote, what is the probability he goes through with it?

    (I just had a quiz on this Thursday)

    Edit: Wowee I'm dumb, forgot my rules already. I should have said that
    f'(x)=(4)/(4x-6)

    Couldn't the problem be solved either way namely, 0.25*x^1(2x^2 - 6x) + c or ln|4x-6|(4x) + c

    Or am I just missing something?
    My faith has found a resting place,
    Not in device or creed;
    I trust the ever-living One,
    His wounds for me shall plead.
    I need no other argument,
    I need no other plea,
    It is enough that Jesus died,
    And that He died for me.

  • The previous one could be very easily solved by first distributing the 1/4 to make a normal polynomial, then scaling it up. The later has to make use of some obscure division property i've already forgotten. I PMed in an answer long ago, but it deosnt show up in my outbox

    You could do it the first way, but it would be way harder. The answer would just be ln|4x-6| + c. Hopefully I can remember this time becasue I have a test today.

    Anybody like related rates? Those are fun.
