Hi. Can any1 tell me what happens when some1 resignes?

The exact same thing as if they were eliminated.
Basically, what happens is that all outposts, specialists, shields and drillers act as normal. The only difference is there is nobody there to control them. So factories just build up on drillers, kings, generals, assassins and any other specialist like that will do their jobs. They just don't have any guidance and can't move

The 1 exception being that they also lose all their neptunium and their mines stop producing. Thus is so a resigned player can't win.
