  • So I've decided to start Roleplaying a character in games. It took the other guys in my game a little bit to catch on, but now they are even replying a little in kind.

For instance in reply to a question about whether I in third place was going to attack the player with the largest fleet I replied.

"Am I to be your David against Goliath? I think not sir! You are the Spartan one here, victor in 5.5 days. I say good luck sir and cheers to your valiant effort. "

    He actually responded

"Pardon my idiocy, sir. Thank you for the blessings, many in return. "

    Yay!

  • I like that you're having so much fun in the game! I'd certainly reply in style as well.

  • Why thank you, I try. Some people are so difficult to be in a game with.

  • In one of my lobbies, the whole lobby started singing the lyrics to Queen's - 'Killer Queen' song as a navi/pir/assassin worked their way to a kill

  • I roleplayed a supervillain in some games. When I attacked a player and he hailed me with, "Please stop just stop OK. What if I stop will you too?" I simply responded, "I can't be stopped."

Later in the game, someone refused to help me, saying, "I won't go down as your shield," and then attacked me. When my victory was assured, I said, "You went down as both my shield and a fool."

Another favorite is when someone betrays you and ends up paying for it: "Misery, misery, misery, that's what you've chosen."
