People came, took some land, took some women, took some gold, spread some diseases, fought some civil war, fought other explorers, beat up other explorers, bought their land for pennies, lured other people with promise of work and gold, made them build railways, some group revolted, some other group revolted, women revolted, worked on getting equal rights, decided we wanted no part of world war, decided we better get our butt involved in the world war, decided we better get our butts in all wars, decided we needed to start some wars ourselves to prevent wars, president, President, preSident, presidenT, water gate, cigars, secret service & prostitution, and that is American history in a nutshell which completely ignored all the historical figures that gave up their life and rights and fought for our civil liberties.
